Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, part of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., seeks a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support our Employee Benefits brokerage team on a temporary basis. You will assist account teams with client service, benefits administration, open enrollment, renewals, carrier coordination, and daily operations to deliver outstanding client experiences.

The role is remote within the U.S. with standard hours (8am–5pm) for approximately 6–9 months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting account teams with day-to-day client service activities.
• Preparing client communications, reports, presentations, and benefit-related documents.
• Supporting benefits renewals, implementations, and open enrollment activities.
• Updating benefits summaries, enrollment materials, and open enrollment presentations.
• Coordinating with insurance carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for information.
• Maintaining accurate client records in agency management systems.
• Reviewing eligibility, contribution, census, and plan design information for accuracy.
• Creating and maintaining plan comparison spreadsheets and quote summaries.
• Following workflows and deadlines to ensure high client satisfaction.
