Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support our Employee Benefits brokerage team on a temporary basis. This remote US role with PST hours focuses on benefits administration, renewals, and day-to-day client service activities.

You will prepare communications and documents, coordinate with carriers, and ensure accurate data across multiple systems while supporting a high-performing, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, customer service, insurance, benefits, HR, or related support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Basic math and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist account teams with day-to-day client service activities.
• Prepare client communications, reports, presentations, and benefit-related documents.
• Support benefits renewals, implementations, group setup, carrier quotes, and open enrollment activities.
• Prepare and update benefits summaries, enrollment materials, and open enrollment presentations.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to obtain information and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client, plan, eligibility, census, and rate data across systems.
• Review eligibility, contribution, census, and plan design information for accuracy.
• Create and maintain plan comparison spreadsheets and quote summaries.
• Follow workflows, service standards, and deadlines for high client satisfaction.
