Gallagher is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support our Employee Benefits brokerage team on a temporary basis. In this role, you’ll assist account teams with day-to-day client service, benefits administration, renewals, and open enrollment activities, delivering an exceptional client experience.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in administrative, customer service, insurance, benefits, HR, or related support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Basic math and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Assisting account teams with day-to-day client service activities.
• Preparing client communications, reports, presentations, and benefit-related documents.
• Supporting benefits renewals, implementations, and open enrollment activities.
• Preparing and updating benefits summaries, enrollment materials, and open enrollment presentations.
• Coordinating with insurance carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to obtain information and documentation.
• Maintaining accurate client records in agency management and document management systems.
• Reviewing eligibility, contribution, census, and plan design information for accuracy.
• Creating and maintaining plan comparison spreadsheets and quote summaries.
• Following established workflows, service standards, and deadlines to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
