Qualifications

• Certification as Medical Assistant or equivalent healthcare experience.

• Comfortable with high-volume calling and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with EHR systems preferred.
• Medicare patient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound patient calls and schedule appointments.
• Support wellness visits and care management outreach.
• Perform medication reconciliation and update patient information.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the EHR.
• Prepare charts and support care coordination and follow-up.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and elevate clinical concerns as needed.
