Qualifications

• Experience supporting telematics, IoT, or connected devices.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues across hardware, software, networks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience communicating findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet connectivity and identify devices not communicating.
• Investigate connectivity failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Validate device communications with cloud and customer networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate fixes.
• Track actions and report fleet communication health.
• Develop executive summaries on connectivity risks and trends.
• Support onboarding and readiness for new deployments.
• Improve troubleshooting docs and standardize processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate monitoring and reporting.
