Job summary

HRU-Tech is seeking a Telematics Connectivity & Customer Success Analyst to monitor fleet connectivity, identify non-communicating devices, and drive uptime across a global customer base. You will analyze data, perform root-cause investigations, coordinate with Engineering and Service teams, and deliver regular reports to improve onboarding, operations, and customer experience.

This role requires strong problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to connectivity

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience troubleshooting connectivity, telematics, IoT, networking, or related issues.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends and root causes.
• Understanding of connectivity across devices, networks, cloud infra and customer environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple issues to resolution.
• Effective collaboration with Engineering, Product, Service, IT, and Customer Success teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to summarize issues for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet connectivity across customer accounts and identify non-communicating devices.
• Analyze connectivity trends using monitoring tools and data reports.
• Validate communication between devices, cloud, and customer networks.
• Prioritize issues by customer impact and business priorities.
• Track resolution and monitor fleet communication health.
• Develop regular executive summaries on connectivity performance and trends.
