Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Product Specialist (Telematics) to advance our Connected Support initiatives by advising customers on machine connectivity and telematics solutions.

You will build relationships with customers and internal teams, promote Connected Support, deliver training on telematics platforms, remote diagnostics, and remote programming.

This role requires travel up to 25% and offers a fast-paced, people-first culture with strong values and opportunities to lead in the industry.

Qualifications

• Technology aptitude or passion for technology and connected equipment solutions.
• Experience or understanding of equipment applications and customer needs.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for training and influencing audiences.
• Commitment to delivering a positive customer experience and building relationships.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Promote Connected Support solutions by building awareness and demonstrating value to customers and internal teams.
• Provide training and ongoing technical support for telematics platforms, remote diagnostics, remote programming, and remote monitoring.
• Serve as the primary technology resource for connected machine technology, product updates, and manufacturer communications.
