Job summary

Fleetio is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our telematics and connected‑vehicle data strategy, owning real‑time data from ingestion to the products built on top of it and building a new product line largely from the ground up.

You are an entrepreneurial builder with 8+ years in modern B2B SaaS, experience in telematics or IoT, and a track record turning complex data into scaled offerings through strong partnerships and autonomous execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with telematics, connected vehicles, or IoT data.
• Ability to own end-to-end product areas with autonomy.
• Strong partner and ecosystem relationship experience.
• Data-informed decision making and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for telematics data.
• Lead hardware strategy and partnerships.
• Build data partnerships from source to product.
• Drive 0→1 bets and ship partner-driven capabilities.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales on go-to-market.
• Ensure data standardization, trust, and actionable insights.
