Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in healthcare scheduling or medical office administration.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and scheduling platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel telehealth appointments.
• Manage provider calendars to minimize gaps.
• Confirm appointments via phone, email, or secure messaging.
• Guide patients through telehealth tech setup and pre-visit instructions.
• Maintain scheduling records in the EHR.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-ups as directed by clinical staff.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and security in handling patient information.
