Oak Street Health is seeking a CC Service Advocate I to join our remote-centric care team. You will schedule patient appointments, respond to inquiries, and ensure a seamless patient experience across multiple channels while maintaining accurate records.

The role offers 40 hours per week in a fully remote environment, with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training opportunities. Must have HS diploma and 1 year of customer service experience, plus strong communication and multitasking

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some undergraduate education preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience; call center environment preferred.
• Flexible and positive attitude; friendly and nurturing toward patients.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Provide courteous and professional service to patients; address inquiries and concerns.
• Accurately enter patient information and appointment details into scheduling system.
• Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly to patients.
• Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth scheduling operations.
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and provide reminders to patients.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions with patients.
