Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule telehealth appointments for patients and providers.
• Monitor telehealth appointment adherence and follow up on missed or rescheduled visits.
• Assist patients and providers with virtual visit setup and connectivity.
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues related to telehealth sessions.
• Educate patients on using telehealth platforms securely and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with telehealth policies and best practices.
• Track telehealth utilization and provide reports on appointment completion rates and technical issue trends.
