Job summary

Form Health, a virtual obesity medicine clinic, seeks a Scheduling Coordinator to optimize internal provider calendars and support telehealth operations. You will manage DTOs, coverage adjustments, and scheduling gaps to ensure capacity meets patient demand, collaborating with clinical leadership and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in scheduling for many clinicians, strong organizational skills, and experience with EHRs and tools like Jira/Asana/Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling experience in healthcare or telehealth operations.
• Experience managing calendars for 15+ clinicians is preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling platforms and internal workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day provider calendar changes and scheduling adjustments.
• Monitor schedules for gaps and capacity against clinical demand and SLAs.
• Coordinate with leadership to plan coverage during leave or onboarding.
• Audit scheduling records for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate across Credentialing, Practice Operations and regional leaders.
