CVS Health is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, remote Minute Clinic Virtual Care NP role. Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner required with current National Board Certification
• State licensure to practice as Advanced Practice Nurse desired; licensure in CT, GA, NC, ND, NJ, NY, PA, SC, SD, VA, WI, WV preferred
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience; strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision; proficient with information management/technology
• Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) may be required depending on market

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and older
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver remote primary care via a virtual platform
• Educate patients on health maintenance, pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices
• Document care in the EHR per MinuteClinic policies
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Work effectively within a patient care team and advocate for patients and the practice
