Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) to deliver patient care remotely under a 6-month PRN contract. The role requires an active, unrestricted NP license in any US state, with at least two years of clinically relevant experience and strong communication skills.

You will work with a dedicated team to provide holistic, evidenced-based care for patients aged 18 months and older, including contraception counseling and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure in any US state or district.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
• Proficient with information management and technology.
• Capacity to collaborate with professional colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning.
• Evaluate primary care and chronic conditions across patient ages 18 months and above.
• Provide patient counseling and contraception guidance.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and respond to inquiries.
• Document care in the EHR per clinic policies.
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues and teams.
• Work with a provider team to deliver high-quality patient care.
