Our client is seeking a dedicated and technically adept Remote Telecoms Support Specialist to join their growing remote operations team, based remotely but serving clients in the Western Cape region . This role is instrumental in providing high-level technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' telecommunications systems. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, diagnosing and resolving problems efficiently to ensure seamless service delivery.
