Placements24 is seeking a Remote Network Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve complex network issues from a home office. You will provide Tier 2/3 support for routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, and participate in remote configuration changes and maintenance across multi‑tenant environments.

You will monitor performance, document procedures, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure reliable network services across time zones. A strong remote-work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in network administration and support, with a focus on remote troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching technologies (VLANs, STP), and firewall management.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities
