Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to customers experiencing issues with telecom services and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Document all support interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or relevant departments when necessary.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of remote client network equipment.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support articles and FAQs.
