Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant diploma or certificate in IT or Telecommunications is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of telecommunications concepts, including internet connectivity and telephony.
• Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and a patient, helpful attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding telecom services and equipment.
• Assist users with troubleshooting common issues such as connectivity problems, service disruptions, and equipment setup.
• Guide customers through account management tasks, billing inquiries, and service changes.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
