Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for installation, setup and configuration via video/video conferencing and remote tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by clients.
• Guide clients through routine maintenance to ensure longevity of equipment.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior teams with clear problem descriptions.

You will leverage advanced diagnostic tools and communication platforms to guide users and on-site personnel through complex procedures, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the installation, setup, and configuration of company equipment using video conferencing and remote access tools.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by clients via phone, email, or ticketing systems.


• Guide clients through routine maintenance procedures and preventative care to ensure equipment longevity.


• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and remote support protocols.


• Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams while ensuring clear and concise problem descriptions.


• Monitor equipment performance remotely and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.

Requirements
