Job summary

TEECOM is seeking an Associate to grow as a mid-level consultant. You will own discipline outputs, coordinate with clients and design partners, and lead small projects under mentorship, while supporting larger initiatives with growing independence.

You will design systems, prepare drawings, specifications, and calculations, and produce coordinated deliverables with the production team, building confidence and client trust through proactive communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with 5+ years in AEC industry.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, modeling coordination, and construction docs.
• Experience leading BIM coordination efforts across disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, with clear communication and notes.
• Willingness to work with Designers, Project Leads, and Clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated discipline designs, layouts, docs, and calculations.
• Lead discipline tasks and support senior engineers and project leads.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and contractors for alignment.
• Maintain model health, resolve coordination issues, and document decisions.
• Contribute to pursuits with discipline inputs and proposal materials.
• Maintain accurate time and expense entries and follow TEECOM standards.
