Job summary

TEECOM is seeking an Associate Principal to lead multi-discipline projects with growing independence, from programming through closeout. You will guide teams, mentor Designers and engineers, and strengthen TEECOM’s systems and workflows.

You will maintain alignment with scope, schedule, and budget, surface risks early, and contribute to client relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery. This role emphasizes technical leadership and a growing influence within TEECOM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services with discipline capability.
• Experience leading discipline portions of mid-to large-size projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design reviews and ensure TEECOM standards.
• Mentor Designers and engineers through guidance and feedback.
• Develop discipline documentation and coordinate cross-discipline work.
• Support pursuits with scope input and interview support.
