Job summary

TEECOM is seeking a mid-level Associate to own discipline-specific deliverables, coordinate with clients and design partners, and lead small projects under mentorship. The role emphasizes growing independence, documenting thoroughly, and maintaining aligned communication across teams.

You will develop coordinated designs, engage in meetings, and contribute to proposals while building client trust and organizational standards. TEECOM emphasizes mentorship and structured growth paths.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field; or equivalent technical or field experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit and construction documentation across multiple projects.
• Experience delivering technology system designs (Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage disciplines) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated discipline designs including layouts, documentation, calculations, and technical inputs aligned with engineering direction and project requirements.
• Communicate proactively with project teams to identify risks, clarify scope, and maintain cross-discipline alignment.
• Maintain accurate task visibility and project documentation including the Design Decision Log, Asana, and related tools to support delivery momentum and team alignment.
• Participate in project and coordination meetings, documenting decisions and reinforcing clarity around next steps and responsibilities.
• Execute design and documentation tasks with increasing independence while maintaining alignment with project priorities and discipline standards.
