The ideal candidate will guide multidisciplinary teams on projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and successful client communication. Responsibilities include mentoring junior designers and engineers, maintaining project documentation, and contributing to the improvement of TEECOM’s systems. This position offers an annual salary of $125,000 - $160,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services is required.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate designs and lead projects effectively.
• Proven track record of mentoring designers or engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead small- to mid-scale multi-discipline projects effectively.
• Provide mentorship to engineers and designers.
• Maintain clear documentation for project deliverables.
