Job summary

TEECOM seeks a Principal, Consultant to provide senior technical leadership on multi‑discipline projects, serving as a trusted SME and, where appropriate, project lead to ensure profitable delivery and proactive risk management.

You will mentor engineers and production teams, document standards and best practices, and contribute to templates, tools, and workflows while collaborating with Group Leads to sustain quality and cross‑discipline coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
• Experience delivering coordinated, high‑quality designs.
• Ability to lead discipline-specific portions of complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery workflows and coordination.
• Experience contributing to QA/QC workflows via GitHub or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead discipline design, coordination, and documentation efforts.
• Maintain alignment with TEECOM standards and client expectations.
• Provide mentorship to Designers, engineers, and production team members.
• Contribute to discipline standards, templates, and documentation via Pull Requests.
• Support pursuits by refining discipline scope, technical strategies, and fee inputs.
• Maintain financial accountability through budgeting, forecasting, and time reporting.
