Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a Vice President, Client Solutions - Telco to lead strategic relationships with C-level telecom partners. This remote US role focuses on growth, client value, and operational excellence, with accountability for pipeline, revenue, and renewals across our Telco portfolio.

You will coach teams, negotiate favorable contracts, and partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver value, renewals, and new business. Willingness to travel at least 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of client-facing, enterprise account management experience with C-level Telco contacts.
• Proven track record of coaching a team to exceed goals.
• Strong financial and strategic planning experience related to large Telco clients.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and strategic client development approach.
• Experience with customer experience call centers or BPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate value-based relationships with client stakeholders to identify opportunities and decision makers.
• Create and manage a consistent opportunity pipeline across portfolio for voice, non-voice, and digital growth.
• Develop and present proposals that demonstrate relevant value solutions to clients.
• Lead strategic growth plans and coordinate with internal teams to ensure renewals and new business.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals to achieve favorable terms and profitability.
