Job summary

Howden US Services LLC is seeking a Technology Program Manager on a 6-month contract with remote work to lead complex, cross-functional business initiatives, partnering with a Technology PMO and Change Manager to align strategy with delivery.

You will own benefits realization, develop business cases, manage dependencies, track costs and risks, and report to senior leadership while ensuring readiness across functions and adherence to PMO standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, preferably in insurance brokerage.
• Experience leading transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation programs.
• Knowledge of PMI, Agile, or hybrid project management methodologies; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver end-to-end programs with defined scope and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams across process, technology, and change.
• Manage RAID logs and proactively remove barriers to delivery.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Change Manager and Technology PMO to align readiness and governance.
