Job summary

Howden Group Holdings is seeking a Technology Program Manager for a 6-month remote contract. You will lead cross-functional business initiatives from planning through delivery and benefits realization, partnering with a Technology Program Manager and Change Manager to align strategy with execution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM roles, with experience in transformation, PMI/Agile methods, and familiarity with Monday.com. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, PMP beneficial.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management.
• Experience leading transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation programs.
• Strong knowledge of PMI, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with Monday.com and reporting platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver end-to-end programs across processes, technology, and change.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute multi-workstream initiatives.
• Manage RAID log and proactively remove barriers to delivery success.
• Ensure programs adhere to PMO standards, tools, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Change Manager on stakeholder readiness and adoption planning.
