Job summary

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a remote Senior Program Manager to direct the overall program and individual project leaders. The work involves interfacing with multiple customers and developing and managing plans across subcontractors.

The Program Manager will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program. The role emphasizes strong relationships with government stakeholders, program reviews, and strategic business development steps, with the occasional

Qualifications

8+ years progressive experience with a Bachelor's in related field or 6+ years with a Master's in related field; or 12 years with HS and corresponding experience.
Experience in managing defense contracts and programs.
Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide program management oversight to a single customer with coordination across planning stages and subcontractors.
Identify and implement short- and long-term business strategies for product development and services.
Direct programs from inception through completion, monitoring cost, schedule and technical performance.
Lead program reviews with customers to discuss cost, schedule and technical progress.
Coordinate with internal departments to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
Engage with key government stakeholders and ensure milestones are met.
