Job summary

Howden is seeking a Technology Program Manager for a 6-month contract with a remote work schedule. You will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through realization, partnering with Technology and Change teams to ensure delivery on time and within scope.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams and align programs with business priorities, communicating with senior leadership throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Program/Project Management roles, preferably in insurance brokerage or related industry.
• Experience leading business transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation programs.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned programs with clear scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Manage cross-functional teams spanning process, technology, and organizational change.
• Maintain RAID log, mitigate risks, and drive removal of barriers to delivery.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, tools, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Change Manager for stakeholder readiness and adoption, and provide go/no-go recommendations at stage-gates.
