Job summary

Howden Group Holdings is seeking an Operations Business Analyst for a 6-month remote contract to join the PMO. The BA will translate business needs into structured requirements, support program delivery with analysis and documentation, and provide an analytical foundation for program managers to drive execution during a fast-scaling insurance brokerage transformation.

The role requires 3–6 years of BA experience, familiarity with Agile, waterfall or hybrid methods, and tools like Monday.com.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with PMO and stakeholders.
  • Develop functional specs, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct current-state analyses and gap assessments for future-state solutions.
  • Support development of business cases and initiative intake per PMO standards.
  • Track progress, risks, dependencies, and issues; maintain project documentation.
