Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and engagement across the UKG Partner Community.
• Lead and improve partner onboarding processes, including orientation, enablement, readiness, planning, and launch coordination.
• Collaborate with executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch partnerships and align strategies.
• Help shape and execute global product, partner community, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain direct relationships with partners; address issues; advocate for partners internally.
• Define partnership and onboarding requirements, assess performance, gather feedback, and identify improvements.
• Coordinate joint sales activities with key partners and develop new opportunities.
• Stay current on global industry developments and HCM/WFM trends to inform strategy.
