Arcesium LLC in the United States seeks an attorney with intellectual-property and technology transactions experience to join the Legal & Compliance team. You will draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements and advise on IP matters.

Remote work is available within the United States; a JD with 3–5 years of in-house or law-firm experience is required, along with strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Competitive compensation and bonus offered.

Competenze

• Juris Doctor with top academic record and 3–5 years in-house or law firm.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating licensing, technology, and commercial contracts for customers and vendors.
• Knowledge of open-source software and/or generative AI is a plus.
• Excellent analytical abilities, judgment, attention to detail, drafting, communication, and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements
• Handle technology, purchase, service, and consulting agreements
• Review RFPs and DDQs as primary legal team representative
• Serve as internal point of contact for outside counsel handling NDAs
• Advise business teams on IP matters and other legal issues, including AI
• Support general corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed
