Job summary

Arcesium LLC in the United States is seeking a talented attorney with an intellectual property and technology transactions background to join its Legal & Compliance team. The role focuses on IP and technology contracts, while also supporting general corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed. This position offers remote work within the U.S.

and exposure to high-stakes commercial negotiations. You will draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements, review RFPs, advise

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and bar admission; 3–5 years of in-house or law-firm experience.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating licensing, technology, and other commercial contracts.
• Experience advising on IP issues and contract interpretation.
• Prior work with open-source software or generative AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements.
• Handle various technology, purchase, service, and consulting agreements.
• Review RFPs and due-diligence questionnaires as primary legal contact.
• Advise business teams on IP matters and other legal issues, including AI.
• Support general corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed.
• Liaise with outside counsel on NDAs and related matters.
