Job summary

Arcesium LLC is seeking a talented attorney with an IP and technology transactions background to join its Legal & Compliance team. The role can be based remotely within the United States and will focus on drafting, negotiating, and managing customer and vendor agreements, including licensing and technology contracts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of in‑house or law firm experience, strong IP knowledge, and experience advising on contract interpretation and open‑source or AI-related issues.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with strong academic record and 3–5 years of relevant experience either in‑house or at a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements.
• Handle technology, purchase, service, and consulting agreements.
• Review RFPs and DDQs as primary Legal team representative.
• Advise business teams on intellectual property issues and contract interpretation, including AI-related matters.
• Support general corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed.
