Job summary

Arcesium LLC is seeking a talented attorney with a strong background in intellectual property and technology transactions to join its Legal & Compliance team. The role may extend to general corporate, employment, and litigation matters and will negotiate on behalf of Arcesium in customer and vendor relationships.

This position can be based remotely within the United States. The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate a range of agreements, advise on IP issues, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• A law degree, strong academic record, and at least 3–5 years of in-house and/or law firm experience.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating licensing, tech, and other commercial contracts for customers and vendors.
• Open-source software and/or generative AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements.
• Handle technology, purchase, service, and consulting agreements.
• Review RFPs and DDQs as primary Legal representative.
• Serve as internal contact for outside counsel on NDAs.
• Advise business teams on IP matters and related issues, including AI.
• Support general corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed.
