Job summary

Arcesium LLC is seeking an attorney with intellectual property and technology transactions experience to join its Legal & Compliance team. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and advising on IP and technology-related contracts, NDAs, and RFPs for clients and vendors.

Primary focus is IP and technology transactions, with potential involvement in general corporate, employment, and litigation matters. Remote work is allowed within the United States.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 3–5 years of in-house or law firm experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating licensing, technology, and other commercial contracts.
• Open-source / generative AI experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements.
• Handle technology, purchase, service, and consulting agreements.
• Review RFPs and due diligence questionnaires as primary Legal team representative.
• Serve as internal point of contact for outside counsel on NDAs.
• Advise business teams on IP matters and other legal issues, including AI-related topics.
• Support general corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed.
