Job summary

Arcesium LLC seeks an attorney with an intellectual property and technology transactions background to join its Legal & Compliance team. This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of in-house or law firm experience negotiating licensing, technology and commercial contracts, and advising on IP matters including AI. The team handles a broad range of matters beyond IP.

Qualifications

• J.D. required with strong academic record and bar admission.
• 3–5 years in-house or law firm experience in licensing and commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements.
• Advise on IP matters and AI-related issues.
• Support corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed.
• Review RFPs and DDQs as lead for Legal.
• Collaborate with outside counsel and manage NDAs.
