Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating licensing, technology, and other commercial contracts for customers or vendors.
• Open-source software and AI experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities, judgment, and drafting/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements.
• Handle technology, purchase, service, and consulting agreements.
• Review RFPs and DDQs as the Legal team’s primary representative.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on NDAs and related matters.
• Advise business teams on intellectual property and technology issues, including AI.
• Support corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed.
