Job summary

Arcesium LLC is seeking a talented attorney with an IP and technology transactions background to join its Legal & Compliance team. This remote role will handle customer/vendor agreements, licensing, and technology contracts, advising on IP matters across the business.

The role can be based remotely in the United States and may involve support for general corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed. A J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• 3–5 years of in-house or law firm experience in licensing and technology contracts.
• Experience advising on intellectual property issues and contract interpretation.
• Open-source software and/or generative AI exposure is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements.
• Handle technology, purchase, service, and consulting agreements.
• Review RFPs and DDQs as the primary representative of the Legal team.
• Serve as internal point of contact for outside counsel handling NDAs.
• Advise business teams on intellectual property matters and AI-related issues.
• Support general corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed.
