Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a ClaimsXM Technical Writer for a remote nationwide position. The role bridges subject‑matter experts and front‑end users to deliver clear IT governance documentation, policies, procedures, and SOPs.

You will gather and translate technical information, write and edit materials, and maintain ongoing reviews with stakeholders. Strong communication, organization, and documentation tooling are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years technical writing and training experience in a fast‑paced IT organization.
• Experience working directly with technical and operational team members.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and related tools.
• Ability to rapidly learn new processes, software, hardware and technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Gather accurate technical information from stakeholders to create documentation.
• Determine what needs to be included by reviewing multiple sources.
• Design and format information using diagrams and visuals for varied audiences.
• Create, write, format, and maintain IT governance documents (policies, procedures, SOPs).
• Review content for consistency, accuracy, and grammar; conduct user testing.
