QC Servion, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting across a diverse set of technical and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, source proactively, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

The role demands high-volume workflow management, strong communication, and the ability to navigate fast-growing environments while leveraging AI and automation to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for engineering and highly technical roles.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for 15–30 active requisitions.
• Lead intake and calibration discussions with hiring managers.
• Proactively source qualified talent via LinkedIn and job boards.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain process momentum.
• Lead offer process from verbal offer to acceptance.
• Maintain ATS data to show pipeline health.
• Use data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR to support employee experiences.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve recruiting workflows.
