Job summary

QC Servion, a centralized HR and operations hub, seeks a Recruiting Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of technical, field, and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source proactively, screen technically, and own the offer process.

This remote role supports candidates across the United States and requires managing a high-volume workload with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, commissioning, and technical roles.
• Ability to manage a high-volume requisition load end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for 15–30 active requisitions, maintaining pipeline health.
• Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to align role requirements and expectations.
• Proactively source talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, fit, and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain momentum, minimizing delays.
• Lead the offer process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in the ATS and provide market insights.
