QC Servion is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle hiring for technical, project-based, and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring teams to attract, screen, and coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage pre-employment activities.

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. You will handle high-volume requisitions, maintain candidate data in the ATS, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, or HR, with high-volume experience.
• Experience recruiting across technical, project-based, field, and corporate functions.
• Strong ability to source, screen, and evaluate candidates against job specs.
• Proficient with ATS and HRIS; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities across 20–30 active requisitions, including screening and coordination.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate offers, and oversee pre-employment steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and internal HR records.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding.
• Support HR templates, processes, and department-wide projects.
