QC Servion is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of technical and corporate roles, including engineers, commissioning professionals, and field staff. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, data-driven decisions, and strong collaboration with hiring managers.

You will manage a high-volume workload in a fast-growth environment, leveraging AI and automation to improve sourcing, screening, and interview processes while maintaining a positive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, commissioning, and other highly technical roles.
• Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume requisition load from intake to close.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and talent channels.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for 15–30 active requisitions.
• Lead intake and calibration with hiring managers.
• Source and engage qualified talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach.
• Recruit across technical, field-based, project, and corporate functions.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to review market insights and interview outcomes.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain momentum with timely communication.
• Lead offer process from verbal to acceptance and documentation.
