Job summary

SQA Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team and drive the full lifecycle from sourcing to offer.

You will partner with managers to define staffing needs, post descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and maintain records across our ATS and CMS platforms. You will leverage databases and social networks, attend job fairs, and stay current with recruiting methods to attract exceptional talent for our supplier quality services.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative setting and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in learning different interview formats (structured, behavioral, etc.).
• Willingness to act as the primary recruiting resource for assigned roles.
• Familiarity with ATS, HR databases, and candidate management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and job objectives.
• Write and post job descriptions on career websites, job boards, and social media.
• Source candidates using databases and social media; evaluate resumes.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews; use tests/assignments as needed.
• Maintain interviews and new hires records; stay current with recruiting methods.
• Attend job fairs and career events; support the hiring team with interview questions.
