QC Servion, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle hiring for technical, project-based, and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring teams to understand roles, attract and screen qualified talent, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offers and pre-employment activities while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to shift between technical and broader

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting across technical, project-based, field, and corporate roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Manage recruiting activities across 20–30 active requisitions including resume review and screening.
• Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely updates to candidates and teams.
• Draft and extend offer letters; initiate background checks and pre-employment steps.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and HR records.
• Support onboarding, templates, and HR process improvements in a remote setting.
