Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Technical Support Representative. This position is remote and will provide Tier I and II technical software, hardware, and network support to customers, diagnosing issues and guiding users through step-by-step solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to restore services and improve user experience.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience providing Tier I/II technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution.
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions and diagnose issues.
• Analyze routine situations using automated information systems.
• Assist with knowledge sharing and training for users.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with teams to restore services.
