Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience writing SQL queries (SELECT/JOIN) within complex database structures.
• SSIS and SQL Reporting Services experience and knowledge.
• Windows Server administration and desktop admin skills.
• Networking terminology and ports understanding.
• IIS and Web App administration; Group Policies and VMware familiarity.
• Ability to review application and OS logs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving ES 1.1x remediation issues and upgrades.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communication.
• Maintain regulatory compliance specific to ES 1.1x.
• Expand knowledge of ES 1.1x for troubleshooting and support.
• Provide CSC support for inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations.
• Document case notes with high data quality and integrity.
