Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience and ability to write queries.
• Experience with Windows Server/Desktops, DNS/DHCP, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving time-sensitive, high-risk issues and escalations.
• Coordinate with ES 1.1x upgrade team to ensure timely support.
• Maintain data quality and document case notes in Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot in Windows OS and hospital IT environments.
