Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics or 3+ years of equivalent experience
• Microsoft SQL experience (2+ years) and ability to write queries
• Windows Server (2008+) and Desktop Administration knowledge
• Networking: DNS/DHCP, Telnet, and basic networking concepts
• VMware knowledge and XML familiarity

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality technical support for BD Medstation systems and ES 1.1x remediation efforts
• Resolve complex, time-sensitive issues, including customer escalations and site downtime
• Communicate with customers clearly via phone and email and document case notes in Salesforce
• Identify trends in incidents and contribute to knowledge base and process improvements
• Coordinate with ES upgrade team to ensure timely communication and actions
